Implicite Return Policy

We want you to love how you feel in your lingerie. If the fit isn’t right, or you don’t adore it, almost all items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. The only exception is Final Sale items.

Implicite will only accept the return of product(s) purchased at for an exchange or a refund. Implicite will not accept returns of items purchased in stores. Implicite retail partners will not accept any returns for purchases made on our eBoutique

We’ll even cover the cost of return shipping. We include a USPS pre-paid return shipping label with your shipment. Should you need another copy, or have any questions about the return or exchange process, we’re happy to help.Please contact us here.

How to Return a product

To be eligible for a return and full refund, please note the following criteria:

  • Item was purchased within 30 days
  • All items must be returned in original form, new, unwashed, odor-free condition in its original packaging with tags attached
  • Upon receipt of your return, please allow 10-20 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your refund is complete!

Returns are easy. Here are the 3 steps to returning an eligible product:

  1. Place items you wish to return along with your completed Return Form inside your package (Click Here to print a new Return Form)
  2. Attach the USPS prepaid return shipping label to the package (Email us at if you need a new prepaid return label).
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest post office.


We want to make sure you love your fit. Our Fit Experts are available for a personalized fit consultation, or even just to help you find the right bra for “the dress.” We’re here to guide you in finding another size or style, or help you with a return.

Exchanges are processed initially as a return. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the credit card used for the purchase, then we will place a new order for the exchanged items and charge the method of payment provided on your Return Form. We do not keep your credit card number on file, so please remember to provide your preferred method of payment and credit card information on your Return Form.

Returning a Gift You Received

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return and exchange policy still applies. Returns will be processed as store credit for the full amount of the gift, or we may refund the amount to the credit card used to make the purchase.

All gifts should include our standard return form, as well as return label to return the order. When we receive the return from you, we will process the credit or email you with instructions on how to redeem the credit on the Implicite eBoutique. 

Final Sale

Any product that is final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
